What document types are included?

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What is AI document improvement?

AI document improvement lets you enhance any document you've already generated with one click. The AI rewrites and expands the content to make it clearer, more actionable, and more professional.

Do team members get their own accounts?

Team members are invited via email and join under your organisation. Each member can generate documents independently. Document counts apply to the whole account.

What is custom branding?

Enterprise plan users can add their own logo and business name to PDF exports, replacing the SmartSOP watermark with your own brand.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. Cancel from your account settings and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
